Who we are

First Reply Audit is a small Dallas–Fort Worth service.

What we collect

When we check a business, we keep:

• The business’s public website address, and the business email address published on its website
• What happened when we sent one message through the site’s contact form: whether a reply came, when it came, and what it said
• Notes about how the website works

If someone emails us or buys a report, we also keep their name, email, what they wrote, and payment status.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.

How we use it

We use this to run the check, write the report, send one short note about the results, and deliver reports people buy.

We don’t sell or share contact info, and we don’t add anyone to a newsletter unless they ask.

Email

Our emails are sent through Resend, an email delivery service. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.

Unsubscribing stops all contact and testing, and we keep only what we need to remember not to contact that business again.

Keeping and deleting

We keep test records and reports as long as they’re useful for the business relationship. We will delete a business’s records on request by email, except a do-not-contact entry.

This website

We count website visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn’t use cookies or track you across other sites.

Changes

We’ll update this page if anything changes.
